The search below enables users to access the comprehensive forest tree transcriptome repository that currently represents 185 species species and a total of 2,417,247 sequences (specific numbers for each sequence type are available on the transcriptome summary page). This resource is consistently being updated with records directly submitted from sequencing projects as well as those available through NCBI. Select the most applicable sequence type tab below to begin your search. Clicking on the resulting records will provide more detailed information.
The resequencing database features ESTs from conifers that have been involved in high-throughput resequencing studies.
