A subset of RFLP markers were selected from the linkage map for use in QTL analysis. The markers were selected on the following two criteria: 1) degree of informativeness, and 2) distributed as evenly as possible along linkage group. Listed below are the individual linkage groups and the markers selected for QTL analysis.
